兩年前 不知何原因的我開始有胸口疼痛的感覺,這種疼痛會延伸到背後,症狀偶而會發生但是也不知原因以為物不愛運動的自己因為缺乏運動造成的,因此我開始去學瑜珈.

去年吧.因為吃東西越來越明顯的是很多肉類的不易消化的我都很難吞嚥開始還有胸口痛的次數漸漸開始越來越頻繁我才開始有點警覺.因此跑去大醫院檢查肺功能.心臟...總之可以檢查都檢查了,當然包括胃鏡也都沒有什麼結果.直到去年七月我去國泰給李嘉龍醫師(腸胃科)看診,他一聽到我的描述立刻斷定我得到的是食道遲緩不全(Achalasia)當然還要有相當的證明才可斷定,因此我接受了一系列檢查包括食道功能壓力檢測與食道顯影檢查之類的.經過這些的檢查他確定我得的是食道遲緩不全(Achalasia)而這疾病吃藥聽說沒效 治療也只有幾個方式 連國外也一樣 治療1.打肉毒桿菌(效果僅能維持半年左右 2.食道擴張術(效果可維持較久但是聽說蠻痛的而且有破裂的危險性存在) 3.開刀(效果最好 最永久)
我到美國網站查詢我這疾病 在美國這麼大的國家 竟然食道遲緩不全(Achalasia)也是rare disease罕見疾病可見台灣更是少之又少也可以說得到的資訊更貧乏.
